Wormery set up

Hi, I have a new wormery. All set up successfully. However, the lid doesn't fit tightly due to the small lugs having no holes to go into. Thoughts and help please.
Is it a fault in the moulding? Could you clear the hole. If it’s a Wormcity bin then contact them and they will sort things out for you.
