For the first time ever my tomato plants has caught blight and I wonder if I can add the used compost to the wormery or will I just cause more problems next year? My understanding is that don't put the plants in as they are infected but the soil might be fine as it is an airborne disease.

Hi swedboy. I think it is a good idea in general not to compost any diseased material. If you do put it in the worm bin don’t use it on or near potatoes or tomatoes next year, just to be on the safe side.
