Clematis shoots

I have a Nelly Moser that's shooting prolifically at the moment. has anyone fed these shoots ?

can the worms eat these shoots, leafs and all ?

The worms can eat the clemantis - but only when it's been chopped down and cut up smaller

Your worms will happily eat your clematis but if you have a lot of shoots it may take a while. Composting may be a better idea for some of it.

thank you for very much for your advise and experience. Im pleased with my new pets they have settled in perfectly (3 weeks)
ive even bought an old fasioned meat mincer on ebay to chop up scraps for them lol

The mincer is a great idea, it will turn all food scraps into fabulous worm food.
