Added an extra tray - the worms have gone!

Hi the trays should sit inside each other (like they were delivered)
as the food composts down the volume decreases and the trays need to stay in contact with the food below.

have a hunt around see if you have any plant pots, stones etc anywhere where they are hiding, then you can scoop them up and replace them
