funnily enough when worms escape they are often found under pots, stones etc.
Give them a nice home and plenty of food, and they seem to want to live under a brick !!
yes, if your wormery is dry mist some water onto it, as they do need moisture to breathe, but dont make it too wet.
if the food is being consumed, and the worms are amongst it, then certainly add more. your wormery should be well established now, keep adding more food each time, until the worms stop eating, then leave for a while to break down
