Hi
we have never tried using limescale, and living where we do (south coast) our water is very hard.
Limescale is Calcium carbonate, which is what eggshells are made up from, therefore i can't imagine that it would cause a problem in a wormery.
Do an experiment, collect some (make sure it is pure and scraped off the kettle) and put it into a corner with some nice food and see what happens.
see if the worms eat it or stay away from it.
I would like to hear the result.
