fair point - when the instructions are re-printed more and more information gets added.

We never know how clear our instructions are - until customers question them which is why the forum is so useful as we are continually adding information to our worm faqs page ( http://www.wormcity.co.uk/wormfaq.htm ) which then gets added to the leaflets sent with new wormeries
