Hi Dave

Tap water does contain small amounts of chlorine, which can kill the bacteria in worm tea.

The best thing to use is natural rainwater to mix the wormcasts in.
alternatively if thats not possible, fill a bucket with tap water and leave for a few days, the chlorine will dissipate into the atmosphere.
