Hi is it OK to put in potatoes peels and hole potatoes ?

Hi, the only problem with feeding potatoes and potato peel is it can be slow to be consumed. This is true of all root crops and any thing that grows undergrond. Evolution has provided these crops with protection against decay from soil born bacteria. Our worms need the bacteria to brake down the food before they can take advantage of it.
The best way to use this sort of food stuff is to chop or mince it first or cook it before giving it to the worms. If you do get some regrowth in your worm bin just pull it up and place it on top and the worms will eat it.
