Thanks for your question...

Im not an expert on this, but from what research is available - Its stated that worms don't carry any pathogens (Any micro-organism that causes disease) themselves, but there is actually a growing body of evidence to suggest that worms (specifically composting worms) can actually reduce pathogens in your waste products.
So small amounts of meat products in your wormery shouldn't cause problems when adding the vermicompost onto your vegetable patch.

Its common sense when using a wormery, to always wash your hands, after handling food / worms / vermicompost.
