Are baby worms white?

tights work brilliantly - use them - perfect recycling !!

the white worms could be babies - but are more likely to be pot worms as there are tons of them

pot worms wont do your wormery any harm, and will aid the composting process, however they might be an indication of an acidic wormery.

Make sure you grind up some eggshells (cook in the oven to dry them out - then grind them into a powder and sprinkle into your wormery - this will help neutralise the acid.

a see through tray .... I think opaque might be the closest we could get for our wormcity wormery - will look into it .....
