Christmas Deliveries

If you looking at buying a wormery for a christmas present for yourself, or as a present  for someone else then please take a minute to read the following information.

1) All our wormeries are in stock and we dispatch daily

2) If you want a wormery sent for a christmas:-
We have added an option where you can select which week in december you would like your wormery delivered
If you want a specific date then please add it to the 'comments' box that will appear as you checkout

Worms will happily live in their bedding (and they will be sent with extra) for 2 weeks or more, as long as they are kept cool, and have air - so don't worry - just don't wrap them and put them under the tree !!!

3) You have the option to purchase a worm voucher instead of worms, this means that the wormery can be set up as the recipients leisure.
Each voucher costs £5 - this is to cover the extra postage costs of sending the worms out.
These wormeries will be dispatched straight away, or on a date that you specify. The recipient can then contact us when they are ready, and we will send the worms out via 1st class post

4) Our Executive wormeries are not send in any packaging.
Our Ecowormeries are sent boxed.

5) We can instruct Parcelforce to - deliver to your works address, leave with a neighbour, leave at your premises (not all will do this) or deliver to your local post office for collection.

6) Christmas day is on a tuesday. Our deadline for orders is 12 Midday on Friday 21st December, will be dispatched for delivery via 24  hour courier for delivery on Monday 24th December *

* Important. Wormcity will dispatch your wormery in time for christmas, and we will do our best to ensure that it arrives on time, however please remember that we are totally reliant on our couriers Parcelforce to deliver in the requested timeframe. Although Parcelforce operate a 'Guarenteed by christmas' delivery service, problems can arise that could delay your parcel, i.e. - human error, heavy traffic, weather, excessive deliveries etc.

Please ensure that you order in plenty of time, to avoid disappointment
